A quantitative trading firm, is expanding their Tech Ops team at their Arkansas location with a new Endpoint Engineer position. This full-time role offers the opportunity to join our growing technology presence in Little Rock while supporting enterprise endpoints across global organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience managing Windows 11 and Mac endpoints in enterprise environments Experience with Microsoft 365 administration Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, including Conditional Access policies Experience with endpoint management suites (Intune, JAMF) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and OneDrive Experience with endpoint protection solutions such as Defender Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Desired Skills & Experience Experience in financial services or high-security environments Knowledge of PowerShell and automation Experience with Power Automate Advanced security certifications Experience supporting remote users and distributed teams Familiarity with videoconferencing systems What You Will Be Doing
