The Role: Engineer Delivery Presidio is seeking a Delivery Engineer to join our team to support our client base throughout the Georgia region and nationally. This individual will lead small to large projects on their own or as part of a team, including consulting, planning, designing, and implementing complex network and security engagements. The engineer will be responsible for projects, upgrades, documentation, and troubleshooting for all project and non-project-based work.

Responsibilities include:

Leading complex, large-scale SD-WAN Security projects

Creating detailed, implementation-level Designs that align with the business strategy, the customer's budget, and operational support capabilities.

Performing Network and Security Assessments, including Architecture Configuration using OEM best practices

Preparing and presenting documentation deliverables to customers, explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, and managing the customers' expectations

Business Acumen, understanding how the technology aligns with the customer's business objectives.

Manage client Relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction while balancing multiple client project opportunities.

Communication and Stakeholder management collaborating as part of a multi-functional team with Sales, Pre-Sales, Project Management and other delivery/engineering resources

Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking by identifying issues and proposing innovative solutions.

Troubleshooting and trouble resolution of complex issues and assisting team members in solving problems with their deployments.

Critical Thinking, making data-driven decisions and anticipating challenges before they arise.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

Experienced expert with complex multi-protocol routing and switching solutions (Cisco, Arista, Juniper)

Extensive knowledge and experience with:

Cisco Security Product Portfolio

DNA / pxGrid Integration

dACL, SGT

ISE - NAC, Posture, and Provisioning for Wired, Wireless, and VPN

FirePower / FTD Firewalls, Meraki MX: Configuration, tuning, troubleshooting

FMC Management

Various security parameters and harden access to devices

Core Routing and Switching platforms with focus on design, configuration, and troubleshooting using Cisco Best Practices

Network design and implementation, including designing IP addressing

OSPF, BGP, EIGRP. Redistribution of protocols and loop prevention

TCP/IP protocol stack, TCP/IP headers and packets, the OSI model, and commonly used TCP/UDP ports and associated services

Strong expert level with routing and switching troubleshooting

Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience

Must have a 3-5 years of related project implementation experience
