Where you will work:
Arlington, MA
A Day in the Life of the Engineer II :
Perform all tasks associated with walkouts and surveys of underground and aerial HFC and Fiber
Complete initial project documentation for review and approval
Perform all preparation work for commercial customers
Responsible for project BOM’s and requisitions
Follows all safety protocols
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: 2-4 years of broadband engineering experience (required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Full understanding of HFC and Fiber architectures; NEC/NESC codes; Must have a valid driver's license and maintain satisfactory driving record; Basic problem solving skills; Effective verbal/written communication; Intermediate computer literacy; Ability to work independently
Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required); SCTE/NCTI/AAFO certifications (preferred)

Base Salary: The base salary range in Massachusetts for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Massachusetts and may not be applicable to other locations.
