Job Summary The Engineer Management Development Program is designed to prepare participants, Engineer Trainees, for future management opportunities within the Valaris Operations group . Our year development program is designed to fast track in an immersive experience through hands-on offshore rotational exposure, international assignments, leadership training, and program projects. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Performs work corresponding with each phase of the program including but not limited to junior roles, technical roles and offshore management positions. Completes reports, projects and presentations as required by the program. Completes mandatory training to work offshore and developmental training. Completes company competency program. Qualifications / Education Engineering degree from an accredited university; principal focus in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural or Marine is preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited maritime institution. Minimum GPA of , preferred and above.
