Full Time Engineer Manager - Transmission
We are looking for a full time Engineer Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transmission systems, as well as experience in project management and leadership.
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the engineering team responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of our transmission systems. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Manage the engineering team responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of our transmission systems Develop and implement project plans and schedules Manage budgets and resources Resolve technical issues and problems Communicate with stakeholders and customers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred 10+ years of experience in transmission engineering Experience in project management and leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
