We’re looking for a  Senior Optical Engineer  to help us push the boundaries of display performance and expand into new medical and industrial applications. Key responsibilities Translate clinical and industry needs into optical system requirements
Identify and evaluate advanced optical technologies and components
Design and execute experiments to assess display performance
Develop calibration methods and real-time optimization systems
Lead optical validation to meet regulatory and industry standards Your skills and experience MSc in Optical Engineering, Photonics, or equivalent experience
5+ years in optical system design, ideally in imaging or display tech
Knowledge in automation and programming, preferably in C++
Hands-on, analytical, and structured in your approach
Strong communicator and collaborator across disciplines
Passionate about innovation with a high sense of ownership
