Description The responsibilities include execution of full life cycle activities in support of multiple devops tools which will include but not limited to: - Work directly with architect principal and lead engineer and other team members on design and implement tasks. - Plan and build roadmaps for the EKS and AWS DevOps Implementation. - Build Applications with EKS and AWS best practices - Accountable for meeting milestones. - Conduct code review unit and integration testing. - Document system design and unit testing information - Automation of manual steps Required Skills: - Hands on with EKS and AWS - Hands on with Python Shell scripting - Have hands on skills with Cloudbees BitBucket Sonar Artifactory CloudNative Practices. Wide breadth knowledge of development and testing best DevSecOps practices. - Outstanding knowledge in Continuous Integration CI Testing CT Security and deployment CD concepts. Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence - Apply engineering principles to improve resiliency performance efficiency and scalability of the DevSecOps eco system - Find opportunities and build automation to reduce teams interdependency - Linux administration - Windows administration - Excellent documentation skills - Self-starter and quick learner - Be part of on call rotation Day to Day Activities: - Leverage the Devops Scoring Framework to improve DevOps and Product Maturity Index numbers for delivery teams. - Build the agreed upon App that leverages EKS Cloudnative concepts and implement in production. - Retrospect on the current implementation and document for future use. - AWS and EKS operations - Cloud Native tools - Administer AWS console where Cloudbees Agent exists on the EC2 instance.
