We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, quality engineering, supply chain, and product design teams. The role involves process development, equipment design, process improvements, and leading projects for new product commercialization. Responsibilities include: Define and release manufacturing Work Instructions for assembly operations. Support daily manufacturing technical issues. Collaborate with Quality Engineering to ensure compliance with QMS and ISO-13485. Develop procedures and reports for quality and reliability data; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions. Lead process development and validation for new products, including design transfer and DFx principles. Drive automation and process improvements using lean principles. Support design, development, and validation of manufacturing equipment and tooling. Conduct statistical analysis, process capability studies, and Gage R&R. Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support new equipment deployment. Lead process improvement projects utilizing DOE, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications: B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering. Minimum 5 years in design, development, or manufacturing engineering, preferably in medical devices. Experience leading process improvement projects. Proficiency in CAD, automation, validation protocols, and statistical analysis. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
