Skill: ProdOps Engineer Must have skills: Gitlab, C# code troubleshooting, Release management, CI/CD practices, F5 Networking skill. Responsibilities: Need to handle day to day production support activities to keep system up and running with zero downtime. Lead the server upgrade project where we need to upgrade out of support servers, enhancing system capabilities and performance. Work upon end-to-end setup for disaster recovery environment. Need to have sound knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Server) in terms of adding bindings, configurations, virtual directories etc. Required to manage application functionality within the servers, ensuring smooth operation and user experience. Handle bindings and configurations of applications, optimizing for efficiency and reliability. Respond to incidents promptly, troubleshooting to identify and address root causes. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them on time, collaborated with developers for code-related problems and route to development for any code fix (if needed). Control the on-call responsibilities, providing immediate support and maintaining service continuity. Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, overseeing application performance and system health. Participate in release and change management, contributing to the successful deployment of updates. #LI-CO1
