Position Title: Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Salary Range: $31.16/hr - $40.43/hr

Sign-on Rewards:

• $1000 at 30 days
• $500 at 6 months
• $500 upon reaching a year

Work Shift: 11 pm – 7 am, Full-Time, Hourly

Worksite: White Bear Lake Box Facility, MN

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance activities to keep all machinery operating at top efficiency.
• Address malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement electrical and mechanical repairs and installations.
• Ensure precision through effective use of diagnostic tools.
• Keep all workstations organized while adhering to safety norms.
• Adequately complete maintenance documentation.
• Adapt to different team dynamics while following managerial instructions.

Are you equipped for this role?

• MN Special Engineer Boiler License is required.
• Strong analytical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Expertise in pneumatics, PLC, and hydraulic systems.
• Candidates with long-term maintenance experience and qualifications in technical fields are preferred.
• Five years of relevant experience, showcasing stability with at least one year spent in a similar role.
