Job Title: Equipment & Tool Engineer 1 Location: Auburn, WA

Job Responsibilities: Evaluate project requirements and develop complex equipment concepts and design solutions. Analyze technical data to determine effects on product engineering design and rate estimates. Ensure compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors, and regulatory requirements. Develop and release bid and purchase specifications for equipment needs. Troubleshoot current production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability. Develop and implement work-arounds and maintain configuration of hardware and documentation. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry. Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques. Experience in automation and robotics. Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
