  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks

Facilities Engineer Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or engineering
  • Professional certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA)
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and LEED certification
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CAD software and facilities design
  • Proficiency in energy management and conservation techniques
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
