Summary:

TradeMark Nitrogen is seeking a Facility Engineer to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our ammonia-based chemical facility in Tampa. This role ensures compliance with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP regulations and supports the maintenance and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA RMP (40 CFR Part 68)

· Lead PHAs, MOCs, audits, and incident investigations

· Provide engineering support for ammonia, nitric acid, and nitrate-based systems

· Supervise maintenance activities and manage CMMS systems

· Execute capital and maintenance projects from design to completion

· Maintain and improve the facility’s Mechanical Integrity program

· Train and mentor plant personnel on technical and safety procedures

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field

· 3–7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or ammonia systems

· Strong understanding of PSM/RMP regulations

· Experience with CMMS platforms and managing technical teams

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and respond to plant emergencies
