Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field Engineer to support end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, computer tablets, and iPads running Windows 10/11. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with imaging, basic hardware troubleshooting, and desktop application support. This role also includes daily monitoring of meeting room equipment and ensuring operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, iPads) running Windows 10/11. Perform imaging and deployment of Windows 11 devices using standard tools and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues (e.g., RAM, HDD, peripherals). Support standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office, VPN clients, and other productivity tools. Conduct daily visual checks of meeting rooms (monitors, cables, devices) and restart equipment as needed. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset tracking. Provide basic support for SCCM-related tasks (e.g., software deployment, patching).
Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or field engineering roles. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and device imaging processes. Familiarity with SCCM for basic software deployment and troubleshooting. Good understanding of desktop hardware components and diagnostics. Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite and VPN connectivity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
