• Manage field engineers through training, scheduling, and performance reviews. • Ensure team is optimizing their time on projects and properly entering billing hours. • Ensure proper documentation and communication to customers, subcontractors, and department managers. • Oversee project completion, expenses, and quality control. • Conduct interviews with potential field engineers. • Coordinate with Project Managers and Branch Operations Managers to allocate resources and manpower to optimize the completion of projects. • Complete required documentation for employees and projects. • Provide technical assistance when needed.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED • 4+ years of experience in HVAC controls or Building Automation in the Construction Industry • Valid and current Driver’s License and can be insurable by company’s insurance carrier. • Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs. Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, business, or related subject matter. • 6+ years of experience in HVAC controls, Building Automation, or related industry. • Proficient in Automated Logic and Phoenix software, such as WebCtrl, SiteBuilder, ViewBuilder, LogicBuilder, or similar software. • Previous leadership experience and ability to lead and motivate diverse teams. • Ability to multitask various large and diverse challenges. • Strong verbal and written communication. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
