What You'll Do
Represent Tensar Engineered Solutions on assigned jobsites during installation and ensure installation is being performed as designed
Attend pre-construction and progress meetings with all project stakeholders
Conduct post-construction interviews with key stakeholders to ensure original design objectives are met and performing as expected
Document progress, submit daily progress reports, collect and submit feedback to Area Engineer and Regional Sales Manager
Provide project site assessment using dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP) and/or other methods to provide data for Tensar solutions
Assist Area Engineer with technical support for the sales team including using design software, writing reports and submittals
What You'll Need
Minimum 2 years experience as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager or Field Technician
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills required (verbal, written, listening)
Ability to travel as needed (75% or more)
Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business and work with all levels in the organization
Must have a strong leadership ability to focus, prioritize, and match skills to tasks
Your Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
Certificate of Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) Preferred
