About the Role
TGRC is currently seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team for a 12-month contract position in Dallas, TX. This role involves working on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sites, providing critical maintenance and technical support. Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Solar PV and BESS systems.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-site issues.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all work performed and provide regular updates to management.
Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to explain technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Technical Background: Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Solar PV and BESS systems.
Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, with strong diagnostic skills.
Licenses: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites as needed.
Certifications: NABCEP certification is a plus.
