Field Service Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our gas delivery products and systems at client sites. You will serve as the face of the company during on-site visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service. Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites. Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures or malfunctions. Provide technical support and training tocustomers.. Document service calls, including detailed reports and recommendations. Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve equipment reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Travel to customer locations, sometimes at short notice. Qualifications: Bachelors or Associate Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Proven experience as a field service technician or engineer. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems used in the semiconductor industry.. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours. Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
