Position Description: Provides professional technical service and support on the installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of patient monitoring and anesthesia products. Responsible for software upgrades, scheduling onsite visits, documentation, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Perform installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of assigned products

Stay current on technical knowledge and medical electronics developments

Collaborate with senior field reps to grow product expertise

Provide telephone support to customers, sales, and clinical education staff

Maintain professional communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Document activities according to administrative and quality policies (including MDR and field corrections)

Manage service contracts, identify renewal opportunities, and follow through on new contracts

Maintain and organize company equipment, tools, inventory, and vehicle

Support Sales and Clinical Education with technical assistance

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule 24/7, including holidays and emergencies

Qualifications: 3-5 years of biomedical or field service engineering experience preferred Willingness and availability to be on-call 24/7, including weekends and holidays Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills Ability to travel frequently and work independently in the field
