Are you a skilled Finance Systems Engineer ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? This is a 4-month contract opportunity where youll play a pivotal role in maintaining a critical finance tech stack, streamlining processes, and driving automation during a key transition period.
What Youll Do:
Serve as the principal administrator for all finance systems, ensuring seamless operations.
Act as the technical subject matter expert for system implementations, enhancements, and integration projects.
Configure and optimize fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations across core finance systems, including NetSuite, Pigment, Coupa, and CaptivateIQ.
Ensure internal control compliance across finance systems, including access/change management and IT-dependent controls such as system-generated reports.
Perform root cause analysis and custom development troubleshooting to support system efficiency and scalability.
What Were Looking For:
5+ years of experience in finance or business systems roles.
3+ years of NetSuite experience, ideally as a solution architect or developer.
Familiarity with tools such as Celigo, Pigment/Anaplan, BambooHR, SFDC, Expensify, Coupa, Navan/Egencia, Brex, and other business systems.
A strong process thinker with excellent communication skills across finance, business, and technical teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, providing both strategic insight and hands-on expertise.
