Role - Founding Software Engineer Location - San Francisco, CA Clearance - Eligible for secret Salary - $150k-$230k + Equity I am partnered with a VC-backed startup who have created a marketplace-style software for companies to streamline the process and win government contracts quicker and easier. They have already gotten off to a fantastic start, having partnered with some major players within government contracting and Defense tech and helped them with some large contract wins. They have a small, highly skilled team which is expanding rapidly, and they are looking to hire another 3 Founding Software Engineers who have the following background and experience: 2+ years’ experience as a full stack software engineer – they will also look at fresh grads who have gone to a top 20 university and had SWE internships Experience building AI agents Python, React, Next.js experience Experience building full stack products An interest in the defense sector or a curiosity to understand and learn more It would be hugely advantageous if you have worked for a high-growth startup It is also desirable if you have a strong eye for design and UX/UI experience If you are interested in finding out more about this opportunity, please apply below and I will be in contact to discuss the position further.
