Role/Responsibilities:

- Support operations for Friedman ERP modules including Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Financials.

- Analyze recurring issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes.

- Manage ticket lifecycle using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira, ensuring compliance with change and release management processes.

- Monitor batch jobs, interface queues, and system logs to proactively identify and mitigate issues.

- Support minor enhancements, testing cycles, and quarterly release validations.

- Mentor junior support analysts and ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of SOPs and known error databases.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements

- 3-7 years (Engineer), 8yr+(lead) of experience in ERP application support, with at least 3 years in Friedman ERP.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and ERP workflows.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and troubleshooting.

- Experience with job scheduling tools and interface monitoring (e.g., FTP, EDI, APIs).

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and hands-on experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

- Experience working in a multi-application integrated environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to Oracle EBS or other ERP systems is a plus.

- Experience in automation or scripting for support efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $71,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $145,200 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
