What You’ll Do Build advanced animations using state machines (XState, Zustand) Create responsive UIs for real-time AI workflows Lead frontend architecture, component systems, and performance Push accessibility, quality, and polish across everything you ship What You Bring 6+ years building complex, high-performance frontends Deep TypeScript experience and mastery of animation architecture (FLIP, hardware acceleration) Strong command of accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and frontend testing Passion for shipping fast and sweating the details Bonus Worked on real-time, AI, or streaming UIs Familiarity with WebGL, Framer Motion, Canvas, or browser internals Tools You’ll Use React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion, XState, Figma, Storybook, Playwright
