About The Role We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer II (Backend) for the Time Products team, responsible for products enabling global workforce management, including Time & Attendance, Leave Management, and Scheduling. This team is key to Rippling’s international growth and upcoming initiatives in 2025. Wear many hats. Beyond coding, you'll become an expert on the product, interact with users, plan roadmaps, and influence team culture and organization. What You Will Do Write high-quality code and develop great products. Ship quickly while maintaining quality. Become an expert on a high-impact product area. Collaborate with sales to identify revenue opportunities. Support customers to ensure their success. Practice engineering excellence. What You Will Need Experience in backend product engineering. Ability or experience in frontend development (e.g., React). Strong CS and algorithms fundamentals. Experience with systems at significant scale. Good product intuition focusing on design and user experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skill in developing scalable, extendable core services. The salary range for US-based employees in San Francisco is $135,000 - $236,250 annually.
