We are an agile scrum team that is responsible for the Customer Contact Center platform and engineering that provides our voice, email, and web chat communication channels. The platform services over 50M customers and processes more than 35M customer interactions per year operating on a 24x7 basis.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 6-9 years hands-on experience as a software engineer. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Proficient in Java, OR Python, OR JavaScript, and/or any other programming language Experience developing APIs, micro-services, CI/CD pipelines and using uDeploy, Jenkins or similar tools. Experienced with Docker/Kubernetes and container-based deployment practices will be a plus. Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test and operational automation. Hands-on Azure / AWS experience or desire to build cloud experience (e.g. certifications, training). Test Driven Development - JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Jest, etc. Working with Event Driven Architecture - Kafka, Webhooks a plus. Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) a plus. Ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframes. Self-starter, curious, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn, and mentor others every day. Contact Center (voice, email, chat) experience is an advantage.
