The COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability sits within CTO and is responsible for the development of best-in-class technology platforms for Operations, including development of an integrated portfolio of Operations tools, end-to-end solution design for large scale transformation initiatives, design governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies. Job Purpose : We are seeking an innovative GenAI Engineering Lead to drive the adoption of Large Language Models and agentic flows to drive process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. In this role you will be responsible for driving and contributing to the technical direction of our products and services, instilling engineering best practices into the team, and promoting cultural change across the organization. You will also work with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows, across enterprise-wide applications and processes. Developing partnerships with third party providers to validate and adopt best-of-breed solutions. You will be joining us right at the beginning of our journey.
