We are seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team near Daphne, AL. This is a contract-to-direct opportunity, offering a pathway to permanent employment. About the Role:

Design Assistance: You will assist in the design of roads, drainage, and site development projects. Site Inspections: You will conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and ensure project compliance. Hydraulic & Hydrologic Analysis: You will utilize PondPack, StormCAD, and/or ICPR4 software for hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. Technical Documentation: You will prepare reports, drawings, and calculations under the guidance of senior engineers.

Who You Are:

Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. EIT Certified: You possess an Engineering in Training (EIT) certification. Technical Proficiency: You have knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Analytical Skills: You possess experience with PondPack, StormCAD, and/or ICPR4 hydrologic and hydraulic software. Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous in your work and committed to producing accurate results.

Required Skills:

BS in Civil Engineering. EIT (Engineering in Training) certification. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Experience with PondPack, StormCAD, and/or ICPR4 hydrologic and hydraulic software.

Compensation & Benefits:

Contract-to-Direct: This is a contract-to-direct opportunity, offering a pathway to permanent employment. Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience.
