They can manage your inbox, follow up with leads, generate reports, file docs, and even work across apps like Slack, Gmail, and Hubspot.Our CultureLindy’s CultureJob DescriptionAs a GTM AI Engineer at Lindy, you will be the hybrid technical sales powerhouse that drives revenue through AI-powered automation and deep customer expertise.You'll own the entire sales funnel for complex outbound campaigns, combining the roles of SDR and AI Automation Engineer into one technical position.Using Lindy's powerful AI agent platform, you'll do the work of 3+ traditional sales team members.We are an in-office company, working from our San Francisco office 4 days a week. We do sponsor visas and cover relocation fees for up to $20,000.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise outbound campaigns, from prospecting to close, targeting clients focused on results-driven sales automationDeep ICP research and audience definition before any campaign launches, ensuring messaging precision and campaign successBuild and iterate on messaging strategies through continuous A/B testing and campaign optimization (expect 3+ months of constant tinkering per client)Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SMS, voice, and moreDesign and build sophisticated AI agent workflows within Lindy that seamlessly integrate with CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and other enterprise systems to create truly autonomous sales operationsCreate agentic workflows that handle complex, multi-step processes — from initial outreach through qualification, nurturing, and handoffs — providing a white-glove experience at scaleTrack and optimize for reply rates as the golden metric, managing campaigns sending thousands of messages per monthProvide technical consultation to enterprise clients on sales automation strategy and implementation, architecting end-to-end solutions that transform their GTM operationsPartner with product teams to influence roadmap based on real customer feedback and GTM needsMust-havesProven track record in B2B sales with experience owning deals from prospecting to closeDeep expertise with sales automation tools like Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platformsStrong technical aptitude for building complex workflows and troubleshooting automation systemsExperience with multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, SMS) and understanding of channel-specific best practicesData-driven mindset with experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns based on metricsExceptional communication skills for both technical implementation and executive-level client relationshipsHigh tolerance for iteration and willingness to constantly tinker with messaging and campaignsAbility to work in person 4 days a week from our San Francisco officeNice-to-haveAgency or consulting experience in sales automation or GTMEngineering background or experience with APIs and technical integrationsExperience at high-growth SaaS companies scaling outbound operationsBackground with AI/ML tools and prompt engineeringRevOps or sales operations experienceTrack record of building processes from 0 to 1BenefitsCompetitive salary and generous equityCommission structure aligned with client success and revenue growthHealth coverageA lot of autonomy within your area of responsibilityDirect impact on product roadmap through customer feedbackThe fun of working at a no-nonsense startup that just wants to build an amazing product and business #J-18808-Ljbffr
