We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Hardware Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware product development and testing, with a strong background in RF and microwave systems, automation, and data processing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and certify wireless products across various technologies, including WLAN, LTE, G, and beyond.
Responsibilities: BSEE (MSEE preferred) with + years of experience in HW product development and testing
Proven expertise in automation and data processing software such as Python, C++, MATLAB, and LabVIEW
Hands-on lab and test experience with microwave and measurement equipment (Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Signal Generators, Wireless Sniffers)
Strong knowledge of RF front-ends, antennas, filters, amplifiers, switches in the – MHz range
Familiarity with wireless networking fundamentals, path loss/channel models, and traffic generation
Experience with schematic and PCB layout tools such as Cadence
Willingness to learn microwave simulation tools like ADS, CST, or HFSS Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of wireless standards (WLAN, BLE, LTE, G FR/FR, WPAN)
Experience in testing against specifications, creating test plans, and supporting certification processes globally
Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in RF, hardware design, and compliance
