Join our dynamic Engineering team in a design-build firm located in Northeast Indiana. As a Civil Engineer, you will independently manage and design site development projects in collaboration with Professional Engineers and CAD Designers. Our commitment is to deliver a comprehensive 'field to finish' design-build product for site development. Responsibilities
Conduct site feasibility studies and environmental analysis. Develop schematic designs and coordinate engineering systems. Perform site cost analysis and site design development. Prepare construction documents and research specifications and materials. Check and coordinate documents. Assist in pre-construction surveys and construction layout and staking when needed. Conduct site visits to address design questions. Essential Skills
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Civil Engineering Intern - EI (Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam). 3+ years of experience in site design including authoritative codes and regulations, subsurface utilities design (sanitary and water), site grading, storm sewer systems and facilities, and land disturbance permitting. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. High character and integrity. Additional Skills & Qualifications

This role involves both office and field-based work. Office tasks focus on site development design utilizing Civil 3D, while fieldwork involves survey and site layout. The Civil Team consists of four professionals, including a Head (PE), a Lead Civil Design Engineer, a Project Surveyor, and one employee who splits fieldwork between two specialties. Work hours are flexible, starting between 7-9 AM and ending between 4-6 PM, with the ability to work from home when necessary. The position is not remote or hybrid. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
