Position: Resort Engineer Concept Type: Luxury Resort Location: Sedona, AZ Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year Job Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent work experience

Proficiency in two or more areas: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.

Basic skills in remaining areas: pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry, kitchen equipment, vehicles, etc.

Previous experience in hotel/motel, high-rise building, or construction preferred

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask effectively

Computer literacy

Strong guest and team member relations skills

CPR and First Aid certified

Job Responsibilities: As a Resort Engineer in Sedona, you will:

Respond to guest room repair requests promptly

Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment

Maintain a clean working environment post-repair

Use the Lockout/Tagout system during maintenance work

Perform troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

Manage shop areas, spare parts, and inventories

Communicate with the engineering supervisor on assigned projects

Adhere to quality expectations and safety standards

Foster positive relationships with team members and guests
