Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks

Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment

Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments

Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues

Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations

Complete preventive maintenance of the rooms Qualifications: Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance

Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required

This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
