Job Responsibilities Design, implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to enhance security and streamline user access across the organization.
Develop processes for IAM workflows, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access rights management.
Perform regular audits of IAM systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with IT security teams to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks associated with IAM frameworks.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IAM solutions, ensuring high levels of availability and security.
Educate stakeholders on IAM protocols and best practices to promote a culture of security awareness.
Analyze and improve existing IAM policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
Document IAM processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference.
Stay updated on IAM trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the organization ahead of potential threats.
Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
Experience with identity management platforms and tools (e.G., Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, etc.).
Proficient in security protocols, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Desired Experience 2+ years of experience in an IAM role or similar security-related position.
Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.G., Python, PowerShell) to automate IAM processes.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
