ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Improve the productivity, quality, and performance of Dillard’s distribution centers, including E-Commerce facilities.
Work with all areas and levels of the company to provide information, analysis, and training.
The Industrial Engineer will be involved in: Process Improvement, Project Management, Labor Management, Automated Solutions Analysis, Supply Chain Analysis REQUIRED SKILLS Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Entry Level Position: 0-2 Years experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills Ability to travel DESIRED SKILLS Exposure to Autocad Exposure to SQL, TOAD, equivalent Hands-on experience from previous employment or internships
