Information Engineer, Level IV

About the Role

We are seeking an Information Engineer, Level IV to lead enterprise-wide information systems initiatives and oversee high-level systems planning, design, and implementation. This senior-level role is ideal for a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in information systems development, systems analysis and design, client/server environments, and enterprise architecture .

The successful candidate will apply enterprise-wide disciplines to plan, analyze, design, and construct information systems across major sectors of the enterprise, while also providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and daily team supervision .

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide strategic systems planning , business information planning, and business analysis efforts. Apply analytical and computational techniques to develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems. Perform process and data modeling using both manual and automated tools. Apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to create migration strategies and planning documents. Provide technical guidance in software engineering techniques and the use of automated support tools. Manage and oversee implementation of information engineering projects , ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Deliver formal presentations to diverse audiences, including stakeholders, executives, and technical teams. Provide daily supervision and direction to staff, ensuring successful project execution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. 12 years of demonstrated experience in: Information systems development Functional and data requirements analysis Systems analysis and design Programming and program design Documentation preparation 10 years of intensive and progressive experience in: Managing implementation of information engineering projects Systems analysis, design, and programming in client/server environments Enterprise-wide or large-scale system initiatives Proven managerial and leadership skills . Exceptional written and oral communication skills , including the ability to deliver formal presentations.

Preferred Skills

Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Experience with both manual and automated process/data modeling tools. Ability to guide large teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
