Selectek is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to support state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facility projects. This role is a 6-month contract-to-direct hire, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-tech projects while working on-site in Boise, ID. Position Highlights:

Location: Boise, ID (On-site, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) Pay: $38.46 - $52.88/hr Term: 6-month contract-to-direct hire Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize control systems, instrumentation, and automation for industrial and commercial facilities. Perform PLC, DCS, and control applications programming. Provide on-site assistance during startup and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Review vendor submittal packages and ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited program). 3+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, Siemens PLC systems preferred. EIT or PE certification is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
