About the Role
As an Integrations Engineer, you'll own the technical relationship with our largest enterprise customers, guiding them from first demo to full deployment and beyond. This hybrid role blends pre-sales engineering, implementation leadership, and ongoing technical support, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the technical partner to Sales during discovery and demo cycles, shaping scalable integration plans.
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Design, document, and manage customer API integrations (RESTful APIs, webhooks, and ETL workflows).
- Coordinate with internal Engineering and Product teams to deliver customized, performant solutions.
- Deliver technical training, troubleshoot issues, and support configuration/integration challenges.
- Serve as the long-term technical point-of-contact for enterprise clients, including during QBRs and roadmap planning.
- 3–6 years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist).
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, or ETL pipelines.
- Proficient in tools like Postman, API gateways, and data mapping tools.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), and API versioning best practices.
- Comfortable reading/writing basic scripts or queries (e.g., Python, SQL, or JavaScript).
- Project management experience—able to handle timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to a non-technical audience.
- Experience at a startup or growth-stage SaaS company, especially in healthcare, healthtech, or fintech.
- Familiarity with common healthcare data formats (e.g., X12).
- Understanding of EHR/PM systems (such as Crystal PM, RevolutionEHR, or Eyefinity).
- Exposure to tools like GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and HubSpot.
- Prior involvement in security reviews, SOC2/ISO compliance processes, or RFP responses.
- Experience with customer data migrations or middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier)
