Pay range: $90,563.00 - $135,845.00The Cable Plant Analyst provides support to Overlake Hospital systems users on or off campus in the following areas: Phone and data cabling Phone switch maintenance Phone equipment maintenance Coordinator of all move/add/changes (MACs) Supervision of all contract cabling, construction and other voice/data vendors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in cabling, computer science or the engineering field. At least two years prior experience with cable/phone system troubleshooting and maintenance required. AT&T Definity Switch experience preferred. At least one year prior experience working with CISCO networking equipment preferred, Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and correct system user’s problems. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer service. Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
