Job Responsibilities : Assist the Intermediate Network Engineer and on-site government personnel in responding to and managing any tickets, alerts, or communications that come into the Network Operations Center.

Follow up with other government and contractor personnel on outstanding ticket updates.

Observe the actions of other contractor personnel to capture and assist with ticket updates or notes for after action reviews. The ideal candidate will possess the following : 2 years of network engineering experience
