Verified Job On Employer Career Site Job Summary: Coco is dedicated to perfecting the last-mile delivery experience through robotics, aiming to create a sustainable and reliable delivery service for merchants and their customers. As a Frontend Engineer, you will own and drive products from design to production while collaborating closely with product managers to address user needs and propose technical solutions. Responsibilities: Build products to create a frictionless, efficient, and delightful end-to-end delivery experience for our users - merchants and their customers. Design each robot interaction - loading the robot, tracking the delivery, unlocking the robot, etc. around user pain points and moments of delight. Build backend services that make automated decisions based on user behaviors, supply/demand, government regulations, sidewalk conditions, and more. Partner with other Coco teams (e.g., Merchant Operations, Consumer Experience, Field Operations, TeleOperations, and Autonomy) to tackle some of Cocos most pressing efficiency and profitability initiatives. Develop software that helps human operators manage our fleet of delivery robots, including a web app for remote Pilots to fulfill deliveries, web apps for merchants to monitor and load orders, a mapping tool for custom sidewalk routing, and a native mobile app for our Field Operations team.
