* Develop and maintain user-facing features in a Next.js + React + TypeScript stack * Design, build, and refine UX for both DeFi-native and institutional user personas * Create dApp components that interact with EVM-compatible smart contracts * Push MVPs fast using AI coding tools while maintaining clean, maintainable code * Stay on the bleeding edge of UX, Web3, and energy finance trends * Collaborate closely with design, product, and blockchain engineering

Job Details

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience building React + TypeScript applications * At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Web3 dApp development * Strong design sensibility and a track record of crafting intuitive user experiences * Demonstrated use of AI coding tools to prototype and build quickly * High ownership, detail-orientation, and a proactive, self-directed work style * Familiarity with Next.js, Django/Flask/FastAPI, and Python

Bonus:

* Experience with Django, GCP, or Postgres * Exposure to Solidity, LLM workflows, or other AI-native/DeFi-native systems * Previous experience working at a crypto exchange or DeFi company
