Position Title: Lead Database Engineer--AWS Aurora Postgres DBE Location: Fully onsite in McLean, VA Duration: 12 months temp to hire

Must Have Qualifications for 26069-1: 10+ years of hands on database experience with Postgres Aurora. Hands on database automation Developer, including testing their code. Cloud AWS, Cloud CFT, Lambda, Understanding of VPC (virtual private cloud), Cloud Automation development. Looking to Architect not just automation development and candidate must have AWS Certification. Preferred: Understanding of Neptune, Dynamo, Document DB

Qualification: Can design, develop, implement, and maintain cloud database systems to support business needs. Experience in: Database creation and maintenance. Database testing. Problem resolution. Management of database integration activities. Expertise as database engineer/administrator in -Aurora Postgres (7 yrs minimum hands-on experience needed) Database development experience -- Automation Code development and deployment on AWS ecosystem (CFT/Lamda creation and maintenance, terraform)-- Minimum 3 yrs of development experience needed Database backup and restore experience Database Security configurations. Experience in any of the other RDBMS will be nice to have: Mongo Atlas, Document DB, Dynamo DB, DSQL
