Job Summary: Join our dynamic Cloud Operations and Engineering Team as an integral member, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our cloud solutions. In this influential position, you will design, develop, and maintain technical cloud solutions to ensure their efficient and reliable operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions, aligning with architectural and security standards.
Solution Delivery: Manage projects from inception to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of cloud solutions on time and within budget.
Automation & CI/CD: Champion the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product, analytics, and business units to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Technical Governance: Implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Innovation & Research: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies to continuously enhance our services.
Problem Solving: Provide troubleshooting support for complex cloud-related issues.
Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively monitor system performance, recognizing potential issues and updating leadership accordingly.
Experience Required:
7+ years in technical problem-solving, solution implementation, and project collaboration.
7+ years in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining technical solutions.
7+ years in basic computer science principles, operating systems, and development languages.
Preferred Experience:
9+ years with enterprise technology platforms, application development tools, and the software development lifecycle.
9+ years in defining system architectures based on feasibility, cost, and security in cloud environments.
9+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Skills Required:
Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proven leadership skills in guiding technical projects.

Experience in DevOps practices and automation.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Licenses or Certifications: At least one certification in GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred.
Travel Requirement: 0% - 25%.
Location: Office- or Remote-based.
Physical and Mental Demands: Works primarily out-of-the-office; travel is rarely required.
Salary Range: Minimum: $92,300.00 - Maximum: $172,500.00.
