As you roll up your sleeves to write code, build tools, and streamline developer workflows, you will work closely with other engineers to implement infrastructure-as-code, automate CI/CD pipelines, and integrate cloud-native technologies. Your focus will be on delivering reliable, scalable, and secure systems that reduce manual toil and accelerate software delivery.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain self-service workflows for tasks like environment provisioning, CI/CD setup, and service deployment
Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane
Automate integrations with systems like GitHub, Kubernetes, secrets managers, and observability stacks
Implement policy-as-code and security automation to ensure compliance and reliability
Contribute to developer tooling, service catalogs, and golden paths that simplify application delivery
Write scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with engineers across teams to troubleshoot issues and improve platform usability
Maintain internal documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
IaC & Automation: Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
CI/CD Systems: Proficiency with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar
Scripting & Programming : Solid skills in Python, Bash, or Go
Containers & Orchestration : Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Developer Tooling : Familiarity with platforms like Backstage, Port, or Cortex
GitOps : Experience with tools like ArgoCD or Flux for declarative infrastructure and delivery
Observability : Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
Security & Policy : Experience implementing policy-as-code and secure automation practices

Pay Range:
New Jersey - Iselin Pay Range: $143,000 - $224,000 USD annual
