Position Summary
We are seeking a Desktop Lead (Endpoint Engineer) to lead enterprise-wide end-user computing initiatives. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for the design, deployment, and support of endpoint solutions across a large user environment. Leveraging modern tools such as Microsoft MECM and Intune , you’ll ensure secure, efficient, and scalable desktop operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the management and support of endpoint technologies, including Windows OS, Group Policy, and application integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve workstation issues (physical and virtual), including root cause analysis and vendor escalation.
Drive planning and implementation of new enterprise system standards.
Package and deploy applications using systems management tools (MECM/Intune).
Oversee endpoint patch management and security compliance.
Integrate endpoint technologies with:
Directory & Identity Platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta)
Security Tools (Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
Connectivity (VPN, Zero Trust, Zscaler)
Asset Management (ServiceNow, Device42, Flexera)
Digital Experience Tools (Nexthink, ZDX)
Participate in IT project execution and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 6+ years in IT roles with increasing responsibility.
Technical Expertise:
Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Intune, Group Policy
Scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Virtual desktop platforms (Citrix, AVD, Windows 365)
Azure environment and hybrid cloud solutions
SSO/Directory Integration (Entra ID, AD, Okta)
Preferred: Azure certifications and prior technical leadership experience.
