Responsibilities include leading engineers, managing design processes, interfacing with customers, and ensuring procedure adherence.   Responsibilities : Safety & Compliance: Ensure plant designs are safe, environmentally sound, and comply with regulations (e.g., EU Machinery Directive). Conduct required reviews and risk assessments. Project Execution: Manage engineering execution, schedules, and resource allocation. Balance cost, timeline, and quality. Design Oversight: Ensure designs align with regulations, customer requirements, and standards. Maintain design consistency and documentation: support supply chain and installation teams. Communication & Collaboration: Represent engineering in customer and internal meetings, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely issue resolution. Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
