Your Essential Duties Include:

• Establish stability protocols for products
• Validate processes to meet quality standards
• Create and conduct quality control tests to enhance production
• Analyze and boost efficiency levels
• Check incoming material integrity
• Implement and follow up on corrective actions
• Host Monthly Quality Conferences to advocate system improvements through visuals
• Ensure equipment calibration accuracy with the Gage Technician
• Address and document system nonconformities
• Manage vital documentation diligently
• Secure unified traceability and identification

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 8-10 years of related work experience
• Fluency in English communication
• Diverse knowledge in equipment and processes
• Effective communication abilities
• Training in SPC and ISO-TS standards
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive experience
• Computer skills in Excel, Word, Photoshop
