Location: Remote with limited travel to Carmel, Indiana.

We seek a visionary Software Engineering leader to join our collaborative, accountable, and ownership-driven team. We are CloudFirst, API First, Micro Service-based, deeply involved in AI advancements, and evolving beyond traditional methodologies like SaFE.
What We're Looking For Critical thinker with first-principles understanding.
Deep knowledge of architectural patterns: Event-Driven, Domain-Driven, API First, Cloud First, Clean Code.
Experience in modernizing legacy systems using AWS and microservices.
Proficiency with AI tools like CoPilot, AWS Q, Cline, Anthropic.
Extensive Cloud First architecture experience, preferably AWS.
Proven track record in delivering enterprise solutions.
Experience with scalable, complex systems.
Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Serverless, Java or C#, SQL.
Strong agile development experience and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Git.
Minimum 7 years in technical leadership roles.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Preferred Skills Active AI innovator using tools like CoPilot, AWS Q, Cline, Anthropic.
Champion of Test Automation and Behavior Driven Development.
Proficient in Azure DevOps, GitHub.
Exceptional communicator, dedicated to building robust software.
Experience with low-code/no-code solutions like Appian is a plus.
Familiarity with FinTech or accounting is a bonus.
Education & Experience At least 7 years in technical roles.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $165,000 annually (dependent on experience and skills).
