Base pay range $400,000.00/yr - $800,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Capital Markets Recruitment Hedge Fund Executive Search | Capital Markets Principal Recruitment Consultant | NYC, LDN & DUB Our client, a Major Hedge Fund, is looking for a hands-on Lead C++ Engineer to help design and deploy new low-latency Smart Order Routing and Matching Engine for the firm. This is a greenfield opportunity to lead the design and build of a latency-optimized trade matching engine for internal liquidity. Responsibilities Lead the development of a latency-sensitive internal execution engine Work closely with investment, quant, and infrastructure teams to align execution with the firm's broader trading strategies.
