Top Stack has been retained by an enterprise Fortune 250 company to identify (2) Lead SW Engineers to join their team. These are full-time, salaried positions with a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid schedule. 3 days in their NY, NJ or PA office and 2 days work from home.
These Lead Software Engineers will work on deploying and managing applications on AWS and other cloud platforms. These are full stack roles Hands on 80% of the time with the ability to coach and mentor junior engineers. You will work independently with application development teams, business leaders, data and technical management to deliver solutions across multiple business units leveraging the use of a container/microservice architecture.

Qualifications
Proven ability to lead projects and communicate with cross-functional partners effectively in an Agile environment as part of a team of engineers, designers, product experts, marketers, and strategists.
7+ years of experience delivering high-performance, public-facing web applications that had demonstrative business impact.
Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript (Node/React/Next/NestJS/Jest), best practices of developing APIs (REST / GraphQL) and integration with third-party systems.
Mastery of web fundamentals, including vanilla Javascript, HTML, CSS, performance, and networking.
Experience with modern web application development, including building tools, testing, CI/CD, and AWS.
Nice-to-haves: experience with Redis, Micro-Frontends and Micro-services.
